Introduction of Earphone

Specification:
Receiver Diaphragm:
6u, 9u and 12u are usually used in the thickness of the diaphragm. The
thinner the diaphragm is the higher quality of the sound is, and the price
is higher as well.
Rated Input Power: For normal operating.
Impedance: The direct current resistance is measured
by ammeter. 16, 28 and 32 ohm are often seen.
Channel Balance: The difference of SPL between the left
and right side on 1000Hz. Sensitivity (S.P.L.): The sensitivity is measured
by decibel meter in the distance of 10cm.
Pulg:The 3.5phi
plugs usually apply to MP3 and CD player; the 2.5phi plugs apply to cell
phone and PDA. If add the microphone function, there will be one more
section but the total length is the same.
Parallel Capacitance: The capacitance is for filtering
the unnecessary noise signal.
How to choose:
Monotype:
We can often see the diameters of 10, 13, 15 and 16 phi, and the diaphragm
of 6u, 9u and 12u.
Casing: The plastic case is the most popular; there are
also some high price earphones made from aluminum and titanium.
Wire: The main material is PVC, and there are many different
types of ropes to choose; the length of 1.2M and 1.4M is popular. A good
wire performs well in tension test and is able to bear the numbers of
twists.
Microphone: It is able to assemble a microphone on the
wire with a switch.
Volume control: Assembling another resistance to control the volume.
Plug: Diameter: 2.5, 3.5, 6.0 phi. 2-4 sections are possible.
There are nickel-plating and gold-plating to choose. Angle: 90, 135, or
180 degree.
Package: The earphones are bound with cable tie in a
plastic bag, or OEM pasteboard package.
Color: Normally the colors are black, white, silver and
gray. We also provide color sample for special requirement, but have minimum
order quantity.
